How many optical drives do you have (+ the fan controller)? Have you considered using 3 bays for one 120 intake? Then you could remove the fan on the hd rack or reverse it (and/or the one beneath it) and your cpu/nb temps will drop considerably.

I'm getting a scythe kama bay nevertheless (even if I don't end up needing it).

I have 2 optical drivers and the one fan controller. When my PC is not folding or gaming then I turn down the fans but when it is folding or when I am gaming they are all on high. I made a 80mm front fan intake in there once but it was too loud for my liking so right now I have nothing up front.

There is still alot of air intake in the two front bezels as can be measured by the amount of dust I have to clean from them every 2 weeks.

You could always volt mod it and put it back or choose a more silent fan, although you probably don't need it.

Looks like I may have one more choice:
The Thermaltake VA8003SWA Aluminium Armour Super Tower - Silver
Should I pick this over the cosmos? It's cheaper and looks better ventilated.
Here's the link.

I think that, overall, cooler master products have a higher quality construction than Thermaltake's.
