Definitely 3Com, the ones iv`e had have been very stable. Got a 3Com 3CRWER200-75 for the moment and i don't remember the last time i had to restart it (usually after power outages).

hmmm i dont know shit about it , but my mate who have small internet provider company says cisco.., but he also add its very hard to config and stuff .

Linksys is cisco for the consumer market.
