Welcome to the forum. Well, try to update your motherboard BIOS as well. Is it working with Nero and other burning applications? Have you tried updating Intel and JMicron drivers? I had the same issue with my JMicron controller, and driver update solved it.

Welcome to our forums ! well... before giving solutions ... before your dvd writer was workin? if not... idk if it's an ide or sata interface but if it's ide ... check ur jumper config(and set it corectly) or if it's was workin before what you did the last thing for it's will be not workin now.

Thank you very much, I'm glad for finding here
My Problem solved after 1 mounth, yes it was jmicron363 problem, special thanks to Regeneration for flashing my mind.
If some one have this problem :
1-check your DVD-Writer on xp for health or on vista by Nero or something like this
2- Uninstall raid controller(I'm not use raid on my sytem) and other disk controller from device manager
3- download last jmicron controller from: ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/jmb36x/Win2k_xp_Vista
or your motherboard driver web site
4-when you want istall jmicron driver again you have 2 choceb by selecting one of the radio buttoms:
- Install sata raid controller
- Install standard IDE controller
Because my DVD RW is IDE Its very important to select Install standard IDE
after install this driver, device manager will change to show IDE controller.
And now I have burn option on my dvd drive.

You should also know that Vista's CD burning feature is a bit buggy.

I use the same jMicron 36x controller
I also use the drivers from jMicron but, in RAID/hot swap mode although I don't have a RAID matrix attached to it
and works flawless

I make new problem for myself, After I checked my dvd burner have no problem, I decide to change my hard disks drive letter (I have 2 HDD sata Hitachi 320)
HDD1 have 3 partition c:/Vista d:/XP e:/other
HDD2 have just one drive called m:/ and I changed it to F and changed my dvd from f to G On MMC Disk Management and after restart now DVD is G:/ but i can't see second hard on mycomputer and on MMC its listed without name and on options I can just delete partition and there is no format or change drive letter option .
There is about 20GB very important video files with no backup on this disk how can I mount it again?

Before you accidentally lose any data, boot a live Linux CD and backup all important files.
Vista doesn't have bugs, they're software "features".
