I didnt find other place but mayb here its fine

Hello all , My internet connection is getting FREEZE every 5-10 min and back after 10 sec. the internet does not getting disconnect just FREEZE for 10 sec.
Its very anooying problem, and I have tried EVERYTHING.
I tried:

format , twice.
I changed modem with my friend , Alcatel (black)
I have 2 lan cards on the mother board, tried them both
I even buy a new "adsl/phone" spliter.
Talk to ISP hours on phone, my alcater line is OK.
bios update from bios
re plug : video card,hard disc,ram

Some 1 I know have the EXACT problem as I am. This problem started for both of us 5 days ago.

A friend of mine told me he had long time ago a problem with Interet, and it was the video card , I dont know if its the video card, I have good computer.
Mayb this picture can help?

mayb some 1 here can help?

and when I open a folder, my CPU USAGE jump from 2/3/5/7 to 50 and back down after 1 sec.

Try running Adaware, Spybot and Microsoft Antispyware and see if that helps.

Does your modem have firmware if so have you tried updating it.

Check your Windows Swap file and make sure it is correctly configured ..

Sounds like a memory issue to me or an ISP issue. Swap your RAM sticks out if you have others there .. sometimes cause odd things to happen ...
