#1 | | Edelweiss Corporal | How to check for conflicts ?? Well , my soundcard is HDA X-Mystique 7.1 , and i need to check if it dont share IRQ with other devices.
The thing is that sometimes it gives me a VERY VERY lound beep noice , that eather will go away , or the game crashes. This happen randomly or in same spot , like with Oblivion , in some places when i look at celling , the beep starts , when i look down it stops . In other games is more random and is look like is building up ( first one short beep , then longer , then it start to beep all the time ).
Back some time i seen someone posted similar poroblem on some board , the guy was using SB card . But cant remember wher that was.
Any help wold be nice , thx .

#2 | | cel rau | here is how to do it:
open device manager, in the menu go to View and select Resources by Connection
a different view of devices will be shown; now you can see DMA, IO, IRQ and Memory
double click IRQ and the list will show you witch device it using what IRQ
