Yes he did, but he had to disable HW mixing which doesn't really help.

He disable the HW normaly if you disable it is because you had lower than windows xp?  | |

No, he was trying different solutions until he stumbled upon this one that fixed it.

Ok well i think you re not stopid but your soundcard are in default ? maybe is that ... and after you think is because your irq i check the irq listing normaly the sound are the Irq 5 so check about that  | |
