Edit : i have the on board disabled in bios when using hda , i write this befor some one ask this :P | Why didn't you let us know right away Bro might be the card. This to me sounds like a "ground" or "ground loop" issue the reason I asked about PC speaker is those beeps tell of system diagnostics.
Pull the card
Clean the contacts
Make sure your cables/ speaker connections are solid
EDIT: This still wouldn't explain the crashing though

Well belive me or not i dint wanna make "bad press" for the hda cards , i dint know if it is a driver hard ware or my pc prob , so i waited for the lates update on driver.
A month back i removed all my card and fans and cleaned all stuff so its not that ether.
But keep the ideas comming mates.
