Why didn't you let us know right away Bro might be the card. This to me sounds like a "ground" or "ground loop" issue the reason I asked about PC speaker is those beeps tell of system diagnostics.

Pull the card
Clean the contacts
Make sure your cables/ speaker connections are solid

EDIT: This still wouldn't explain the crashing though

Well belive me or not i dint wanna make "bad press" for the hda cards , i dint know if it is a driver hard ware or my pc prob , so i waited for the lates update on driver.

A month back i removed all my card and fans and cleaned all stuff so its not that ether.

But keep the ideas comming mates.

Can you install the card in another machine and see if its the card ?

PS. Well disbling full HW support fix the problem , it probable driver/hw probs, my opinion.

Well i just finished payng off washer , so now i gonna take some good rig + some good wide TV for my girl , and i gonna see if the prob still exist

Anyway any good ideas about some good mid range rig with C2D , and dont mide the GPU , i gonna replace my 6600 GT AGP for PCIE for free , and get some better late on .
