You said this happens when you look up or down in games or ... push fps ... might be viddy related even though you hear the beep on audio ... just one beep long or short ?

PS. The way around it is to reduce (full====>standard and lower)hardware acceleration in Advanced Audio Properies/Performance. For the games that are affected by this .

when you start having problems?
did you installed something ... like DX9.0c April release?

On board ac97 and SB live , no problem.

Edit : i have the on board disabled in bios when using hda , i write this befor some one ask this :P
