Default screen wobbling?

every so often my screen shakes, not like when you degauss, but along the vertical refresh lines, this only happens at most once every four hours. is this a sign that my screen dieing? i have had it for 4 years.

my monitor is a 17in CRT that came with my E.Machines that i gave to my brother when i made my current one.

so what do you guys think? just ask if you need more info

hmmmm
it can be a 3 thing
1. something near him is making strong electromagnetic field
2. it is overheating and catod tube its making shit (have that problem with old crt)
3. or its just dieing

p.s.it can be a thousands of things but crt monitors are made to last 5 to 7 years
best thing is to call some one that know with TVs and Monitors
p.s.2 have you ever cleaned dust from it ????? in most cases dust is making trouble with overheating
