Well i did updated my bios but it didnt help ;-(. I heard that this is some CPU issue so im waiting for Intel to fix it somehow ;-) Anyway CPU is really great these are some of my scores:

3Dmark06 - 13078 ( CPU 2877 )

(from FRAPS):
2008-03-22 09:33:35 - UT3
Frames: 11467 - Time: 94708ms - Avg: 121.077 - Min: 82 - Max: 168

2008-03-22 10:06:19 - etqw
Frames: 4066 - Time: 27804ms - Avg: 146.237 - Min: 123 - Max: 197

2008-03-22 14:20:46 - XR_3DA(STALKER - Dynamic light on max)
Frames: 3683 - Time: 47923ms - Avg: 76.852 - Min: 51 - Max: 125

Every game on max at 1280x1024 so im happy :-D And CPU temps come to 62C (on load)

Those scores (apart from 3dmark) are massively because of your gpu.
Btw can you post a photo of it in your case?

Sorry had to wait , i was out for hollydays
I know my GPU is doing hard work in games like STALKER but for example UT3 need's a good CPU too. I saw a review that showed that my E8400 gives extra 30 fps over AMD 6400+ in UT3
