Default Overclocking XFX-GeForce 6800XT 256MB DDR3 256bits

I have a video card XFX-GeForce 6800XT 256MB DDR3 256bits, and i´m overclocking it with this parameters in clock frequency settings:
Memory clock 2.19GHz - Core clock 4.59MHz
But temperature = 60ºC
I want to know if it could make any physical damage to the video card components (GPU & Video RAM) It was tested with Battlefield 2 in 800x600 high video settings, being satisfactory and stable.

Default factory parameters: memory clock 1.0GHz - GPU clock rate 350MHz Grafics core 256-bits.

Thanks for your opinion.

If you are overclocking the card to get better performance in your games, then its kind of useless unless you get more than 512mb of memory in your system. Games today need about 1.5gb to run well in my opinion.

BTW, fix your computer's stats. I doubt that your processor is an Nvidia video card.
