Default Is This good temps?

hi all
i am modding my case(trying to get higher air flow) so i need to know is this temps good for air cooling

What on earth is with that 12v voltage?
I was told it should be within 5% or else you risk damaging your graphics card.

I know this wouldn't be that much of help, but check this out
PS I also don't know if your temp is good or high but I think it's very good.

nop there is a problem with voltage sensor
+12V is 12.7V
+5V is 5.2V

i have heard that my cpu temps are normal around 45°C
p.s.what is your cpu and you need beter cooling

My CPU is Intel Pentium 4 540J, 3200 MHz (16 x 200).
I think I may change my CPU fan to a better one.
Or at least clean the dirt out of it ----> "I love him" ----->

if you are going to change cpu cooler i recomend Zalman 9500 its best cooler ever
i have zalman 9500 and i cant say anything against him its just perfect

The zalma is really good but i sujust you to buy the NINJA PLUS. he his cheeper and he got you the same temp like the zalman.
