x1950xtx clocking issue

ok seeing as this is my first post here, i will try and keep it short and will be plesently waiting for the welcoming commity,

ok well im using a 700 watt PSU, tests in about 680 but who am i to argue, my opti is at 311x9 (2.8ghz) and my ram is at 233mhz,466mhz effective, running at 3,2,3,5 at 1t, 4bays of 256mb.

when i try to clock the card it buggs out and i get horendus visual artifacts, i mean even from a 1mhz increase, is this posibly just a driver issue or maybe the tool im using to try and clock, anyhow im using the 6.8 stock drivers, and ATT 0.35b 14, also i cant seam to get any fan control settings using the ATT utility,

incase your wondering about my cpu clock,

311x9, 3xHTT @ 1.432v, 4/3 mem divider. cpu stepping CAB1E 0551

Install NGO drivers or Omega drivers
then try to oc it
run ati tool and test how high you can go with oc (and test for artifacts)

can you tell me how high is going with temp on GPU

ok im using the omega 6.9 modded drivers and max clock is GPU @ 706mhz, Ram @ 1032mhz currently testing for artifacts on the ram, adn steadily increasing using auto detect

atm the core is at 42C atm using the stock cooler

Try to use ATI's Overclocking Utility.

Try to play with the PCI-E Frequency.

or just modifie your vga bios, then your drivers think that it's running on stock speeds.
