both are great enough, but the titanium has a dedicated jack for digital output, in case u get speaker system with digital encoder so it will grant some quite more quality to ur sound (no noise will be gained when transmitting the signal to the speakers and believe thats what most 'cheap' speakers have..), also it has Dolby Digital Live and DTS Connect (Win Vista Only) Encoder, which gamer card is lacking, but its not that of an issue.. btw both cards are priced same, but as I understand the titanium is a bit of a more expensive class product, so why not to get it?
Btw Im too lazy to check the speakers u gettin, but what I would recommend, get some decent ones with digital decoder, so u dont need to mess with analog jacks anymore. From my own experience I can say that u would feel more of difference in sound quality with 'decent digital speakers' than with an expensive dedicated sound card over inboard audio.

And of course a tip: DONT PAY additional money for just Titanium Fatal1ty brand, its the same chip, just it has 64mb of so called x-ram which by many tests has nothing to do with performance or sound quality at all, it just sits there, the 'just' titanium model is equipped with 2mb of ram which is plenty for it. Oh and the fatality branded model has shielding on the pcb lol.

Sorry for typos I know there r plenty, just watching some movies now, too lazy to check on this huge post

I think jack-connected speakers will be enough for me.

Ye, most of Fatal1ty-signed products are overrated and too expensive.
