I've done a bit of overclocking on my CPU [Intel E6700] which defaults to 2.66GHz and I'm running very stable at 3.15 GHz. (I'm sure I could get more out of it, but things are really stable right now.)
Anyway, I decided to fire up PC Mark '05 to see how things were doing. I was surprised to get over 7000 pts this time. 7256 to be exact. Futuremark - ORB - Project Comparison
What's everyone else getting?

with proper cooling and good psu (you have perfect one)
you can get stable 3800/4000
you can push it to ~3500 without any problems
if you lower down multiplier(by 1) and rise fsb you can get pretty good speeds LOL
will test my after install of vista |

Here's my lowly PCMark5 score ........ Futuremark - ORB - Result Analyzer
Including a few screenshots to show my temps and settings ... Should I really start to O/C this ?
PPS: These are based on the latest Omega drivers

Make sure you have PC Mark 05 with the patch.
