Default Somes Problems

Hello Folks recently i recived my mobo from the RMA and i brought an new cpu(6000+) and another 2 gb of memory for complete my 4 slots... Well i tested and i see it's the same than before (4200+ & Ocz Elite 2X1gb DDR2 800 CL5)So my friend tell me it's not normal somes things on my computer like the fps avreage etc... and somes littles lags looks like cpu lags on the first video of quake 4 and somes tests ... When i brought my new stuff i reinstalled WXP Sp2 and i downloaded the lastest Patches . Upgraded the Bios to the lastest bios downloaded the lastest DX9 etc...Here i ask hints for optimise ... because it's not normal the performances are the same than before and now i have no clues where to go to fix this problem ... Thx in advances for help me

What dyou mean by that ? How do it anyways now im at school so i will do that tonight

If i remember 2 memory modules are CL5 and 2 memory modules are CL4 it's maybe that?

Well i dont know how play with timings with the memory but im sure is not because of that because all are set to auto... well i think i found the problem on my peripheral manager i have 1 unknown ACPI System Microsoft Compatible but i dont have any clues what it's... and i alredy instaled all my drivers... So if you can help me it's will be really apreciated
