CPU: Amd64 X2 4600+
GPU: SLI Nvidia 7950GT
M/B: M2N32-SliDeluxe
RAM: 2Gigs DDR2 Kingston667
PSU: 600W
Default DID I BREAK MY COMP??

Guys I need help bad and i would def. appreciate a super quick response. I am running
4600+ amd x2 on a m2n32sli-deluxe. I overcloked the cpu. I had the voltage at 1.5v for the vcore running at fsb:255 and Multiplier x 11. I had it running before but it kept crashing. I tried upping the voltage to the max allowed but the comp still kept shutting down so i kept trying to get it stable. So i overclockd the pcie port to 105 both of em. And i changed the voltage of the ddr2 ram (Kingston 667 ram 5-5-5-12-2t) to the minimum like 1.8. The computer was restarted after i applied the settings through the bios and then the computer speaker was making sounds indicating the settings were not good. I opened my comp and reset the cmos. I got into the bios again and reapplied the cpu overclock without changing the damn ddr voltage or pci speed. i did the 255x11 and restarted. Now the bios wont start up and i tried clearing cmos like 3 times. WTF am i gonna do gys im in deep $h!t. Someone help me get out of this one..

TY!

I do know what im doing but not like a pro, im still learning. Its just that i had the speeds running at first with no problems such as this. It crashed a bunch of times indicating Either it isnt stable at the speeds no matter the voltage or the voltage is not hih enough. I tried upping the voltage and the comp crashed less but i maxed out the voltage to 1.58 somthing like that and i guess it wasnt enough so i had to lower it and stuff. I dont know how to remove the battery so ill have to look that up, is it quick to remove it or what? Mind if you give me a few tips as to how to remove the battery?

Increasing PCI, PCI-E, AGP buses speed is not a good ideia. Did you increased the memories divisor before messing with its voltage??? Test your memories stick in another computer and your video card too, you may have fried them. Removing the motherboard battery also helps, but its not needed more than 30 secs (at least I never did).

edit: the battery is a rounded bright grey (silver) stuff in the bot of your motherboard.

you have one small battery on the board just press it on the side and it will come out lol
did you seted up a ddr???? ask most of pro clocker and they will tell you to put fsb/ddr 1:1
and then you will get higher stability oc
and biggest problem is that you dident set fsb multiplier to 10 , 10.5

xiaomhome he dident get pci-e too high it can run on 105 but it is not smart thing to do

i dont know what a memories divisor is. Im going to try removing the battery right now and keep it out for a 1min since you say it didnt take u too long, and if it doesnt work ill take it out again and keep it out for a lil if that will help. and I cannot increase decrease fsb multiplier in increments of .5, only 1. But 10 would have been a good idea and if i get it to work i will lower it and redo my overclock slowly after ALOT more reading. I obviously did not read enough.

Your memory speed is the product of the multiplication of your Front Side Bus Speed (or CPU Frequency) with your memories divider.
Formula:
FSB x Memory Divider = Memory Speed
e.g. 255 x 3:5 = 153 MHz or 255 x 3 / 5 = 153 MHz
In your case (DDR2) the divisor will be bigger than that.

one more thing:
lowering down a multiplier you can get higher fsb speeds and that means, that real speed of cpu is fsb speed

what xiaomhome sayd last:
in case of ddr2 speed will be multiplied by 2 lol hehehehehehhehehhe

SiNNoNe dont be afraid i get system crush every few days because i am trying to get max clock (i cant unlock multiplier)

what the fuck is this shit. computer gave me a heart attack god damit. after waiting for responses for 10 -15 mins idk.. i left ocmp off and i turn it on and now it works. stupid computer....... TY SO MUCH for ur support guys Im gonna read about this divider thing. I just dont know how to do it with this 667 ddr2 ram. i know how to do 1:1 ratio with ddr400 ram... but ddr2 is more confusing and i also do not know how to control the voltages on ddr2 ram. You guys have done more than enough but if its not to much to ask do you know a good FAQ on OVerclocking?

how high is your fsb(default)?????
dont touch ddr voltage

edit:
if your fsb is 200Mhz in 1:1 ratio your ddr2 will work on 200x2(400Mhz)
