Default NGO Control Panel and nTune issue/question!

So I just got the NGO Nvidia Drivers and nTune, I use a 7600GS. Before this I used the normal Forceware Drivers and Coolbits.

With Coolbits I had my card OCed at 550/800, with nTune it only goes to 500/400. I'm concerned and confused, it seems like with such a difrence Coolbits may have not even have been doing anything?

Also I cant get back to the classic control panel with my NGO control panel, thus preventing me from even setting Coolbits in the first place anymore.

Is there a way to get back to the classic control panel? And why such a difrence in the amont OCed?

The Classic Control Panel has been disabled because it is very buggy in the 15x series. You can enable it by editing the registry: Set SedonaDisable to 1 in HKLM\Software\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NvCplApi\Policies.
