That is no correct. For the majority of Online capable games, if you have a legit cdkey you can run it using a cracked exe to skip the CD check so you don't get your originals scratched.
You can get world of warcraft to run flawlessy on wine (for free).

about cracks
you dont need to dl(most of them have viruses and spyware in them) them
you can make img with virtual cd/dvd
we all know that cds and dvds are very slow when you load game or other shit
and best thing is to make virtual disk (becouse you dont get any slow down)

100% virus, spyware free solutions for running your legit games without the CD/DVD. For quite a lot of games an img is not enough and you'll still have problems (Lameass copy protection). This myth about most cracks having viruses in them is a big lie. You just have to download them from Legit sites and not some weird looking russian site with porno banners, red text and javascript that looks like well you don't want to know.

Thats a great site Unix been using it for updates and patches for years ... my pet peeve is having to use a CD to play a stupid game ... if I can't find a nocd patch for it I don't play it that simple
