Default Elp w/ Ubuntu live cd :P

Hello all!

I am trying to use an Ubuntu live cd.. but on the screen where it says to press any key to boot or start.. forgot.. I cant press any key.. my keyboard doesnt respond on that screen! What shall I do?

Ubuntu sounds like african shit... tested another keyboard ?.

ubuntu is based on debian and is well regarded. Are you using usb keyboard? if so chck bios to see if 'support legacy devices' is enabled and if this fails then try a standard ps2 keyboard. I have the same problem installing XP and Vista...have to replace usb logitech with old 124 key ps2. Once system intalled the usb board works fine. Good luck
