I must ... it solves issues related to Windows Installer and RPC .

Well, it was all solved after I moved the computer to other workgroup/domain... It was permissions issue .

It's interesting ... before these changes ,there were exactly the same permissions , so I guess it's
related to the Domain Windows OS and functionality level -
I actually upgraded from Win2K to Win 2003 Server .
