Then there is a pop up saying
"The Windows Experience Index for your system could not be computed" In larger blue print
and
"Cannot complete assessment.
The assessment or other operation did not complete
sccessfully. This is due to an error being reported
from the operating system, driver, or other component."
Then there is only the choice to "close" with a green arrow pointing to it."
By the way the test only goes for 5 seconds
Oh shit, I hope this is not a big problem but "coprocessor" is showing the yellow explanation mark.

#4 | | Dedicated Member | | PSU: Pcpowerandcooling 750. | | It could be alot of things Im thinking its a driver problem but Im not sure what a coprocessor is I think its something to do with the chipset on the M/B you have a nvidia chip set so try updating that. The only thing is I don't know which nvidia chip set you have so I can't show you what driver to use. download cpuz here http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php and open cpuz and click on the Main board tap and under chip set see what it says.
Also try this Delete everything in %systemroot%\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore apart from the latest file. Reboot and reassess. |

Southbridge NVIDIA nforce 630i
exactly what it says
I have no clue where the system root folder is, hope it is not in the registry, don't want to touch those files.
Windows 7 automatically detected that I need the nforce driver, I downloaded it and did not fix any of the problems. |

Do you have any anti virus installed? If so Try truing it off also try truing off Aero to see if that helps. |

The assessment goes through about 8-10 tests and says that it could not be computed because "Winsat" is already running. |

You must also install the correct Motherboard, and Chipset Drivers for your motherboard. Be sure to check the mobo manufacturer for the current Windows 7 x64 chipset and system drivers. You may even need a new BIOS for the motherboard.
The fact that you got a Yellow Exclamation mark on the coprocessor indicates to me that you have not installed these additional drivers.
Good luck!

My motherboard is compatible with windows 7 64-bit, according to the msi website.
I made sure that my display driver is installed, my lcd monitor drive is installed, my audio drive is installed, I did go to physx and installed that, but not my chipset drivers did not know about that. Anywhere that I can download the chipset drivers(in 5th post), I am confused when I go into the nvidia website. I have never installed anything beyond a display or audio driver. I am a newbie. |

I am a newbie. | You absolutely do have to install updated chipset drivers for your motherboard. You need to search for: nForce 630i
Then, you need to find drivers for x64 based systems/Operating System. If there are some for Vista x64, they 'should' work.
The alternative is to go to the Device Manager, double click on that device that has the exclamation mark on it, and then select the Update Driver option. Allow Windows to check online for updated drivers for it.
So far, I've spent several minutes trying to find drivers and can only come up with 32-bit drivers.
But, YES, you need the chipset drivers in order for things to work. Your motherboard and video card are separate entities and require the proper drivers for each and every device.
Hopefully, you ran the Windows Upgrade Advisor to determine if your system can properly work with Windows 7 x64. [FTR, I think it can. But, you need the new drivers and the Windows diisc does not automatically install them.]
Does this look like your motherboard? http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=do...1&prod_no=1498
