Can't complete assessment

yes, I disabled the protection, that did not work, then I closed it, that still did not work, I uninstalled it and put eset smart security, and it worked. This forum is over since everything is fixed. Thank you "Sazabizc" for telling me about the the reassassement trick, it worked. Thank You, Dyre Straights for help with my chipset.
