Default Windows 7 x64(!!!) uses only 3,25GB of 4GB



What do you think about it? What can be reason of this? How to solve it?

Make sure you're using the latest motherboard BIOS and memory remapping is enabled.

Bioses and drivers latest. Free memory? For sure not, these values are always stable, if it would be free memory it would always show little bit else values.

there's no problem with your mb that's for sure since it recognizes all 4 gb of ram google it up maybe someone had similar problem and look for their fix

I don't think memory remap works on a x86-64 OS because it doesn't use /pae

Memory Remapping is required on 64-bit OS as well.

Looking at the index score I would assume your video card is integrated with your motherboard....If that is the case some of the memory will be dedicated to the VC.
