Default What is Your Windows Experience Index? (Vista)

Since there are some people finally moving to Vista, it would be interesting to see what kind of Experience Index you're getting. My own Index is down a bit for some reason due to the Hitachi SATA HDD not performing to its peak. (I think, anyway.)

But, do take a screenshot of the detailed list and post your results as I've done below....

I can't quite figure out just why my HDD (Hitachi SATA 300) is only giving a 5.6 rating. Also, my E6700 running at 3.2 GHz is showing only 5.7. The rest of my components are 5.9.

As for the HDD: I've got it set up to Defrag automatically and optimize the drive. I've also Disabled the Pagefile on the System drive and have it setup on a totally separate SATA drive.

I just ran the Update My Score and got the exact same results. ???

Any thoughts?

You should be more worried about your standing with heaven than your vista score? Have you ever paused to think of the sheer magnitude of your daily sins?
Press you all!

We're not talking of "Vistaism" here. There's no 'faith-based religion' here anymore than there's any in "3DMarkism".

Mainly, I simply wanted to find out which components (in my situation, the HDD) are holding back the scores. Seems my Hitachi isn't what it was cracked up to be when I bought it. But, I've still got a very adequate system even though it has very little 'redemptive' valus.
