Nvidia ForceWare 94.20 for Windows XP

New Forceware For XP (Finally Some of You Would Say) afeter almost 6 months since last official driver.

Spoted first on Nvnews forums (http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=87699).

-No G80 support.
-Classic CP Present.
-No "default monitor" Bug.
-Reported to have good IQ and Grate Perf In CSS,BF2, UT4 and FEAR.

its newer then the latest driver for XP for Geforce 7 cards.

....i dunno if i should try it or not.....

i don't really feel like it... unless the clock issue is fixed...

well its the first ive seen them REG and from Date added: 2007-03-08 11:13:21 on guru3d.

but inf states DriverVer = 11/30/2006, 6.14.10.9420 which is end NOV 2006

guess they havent been workin much on xp drivers since then.. if this version RE leaked just now...

and squall dono bout the clock gen issue but from what ive read they give some nice perf boost on all games and bench so you cant loose anything by trying...

the Clock issue still occurs.

and so does the semi lockup with the classic cp - but i fixed it, it turns out it is caused by having the overclocking panel exposed, so removing the coolbits reg key has fixed that.

oh.. that and i removed all the useless files from the driver and the useless infs

you can safely remove the files that end in r

for instance

you have nvgames.dll and nvgamesr.dll, nvgamesr.dll is just a file for international stuff so you cn remove it to keep the driver english only :P

hmmmm good to know, and like your thinking squall

coolbits can be useless specially if it causes lockups specially if you can use ATITOOL or RIVATUNER.

and those useless files specially if they are international crap that piss the hell out of me specially when i am used to the english one is genius ill try that in the vista drivers next release and let you know how i did

...

not really testing, but

i was playing MU Online earlier, and normally al the people in one area makes it lag heaps.. it was smooth.

im yet to test it on NFSU2 and Halo:P

of course.... this is a standard inf with just desktop cards... if you need a Compatibility inf, you need to add some files.

.....in all honesty.. i've gotten behind and need to update my infs with the newer cards and shit....

hmmm grate stuff squall thanks for the tutorial ill make it to good use as soon as i get some free time

and glad to hear you got less lag MU online with this set my guess is you will see a nice boost in NFS and Halo as well

now back to studying have an redo exam tomorow (that should teach me to study more and play less

)

8xS AA is broken, doesn't work at all. it did in 92.91

setting from nhancer
8xS AA (Old method) works...

4xS and 12xS still work

wow you actually use 8xS AA or 12xS AA??? i guess you sticked to the older games in order use that and be playable kudos....

p.s bugs as in orginal driver or with your refined driver?
