Take a look at this web page. How accurate are those facts?

That really is no help at all. That's like saying "Well I've tried to use only brand new components but there's no guarantees I did..."

Hm, to me is more "Well I've tried to use only brand new components, but despite that they are unknown and for sure there's no guarantees at all..."
