i'm stuck @ 9700 3d mark's ( my cpu scores only 2010 )

Update : oc'd my cpu to 6000+ ( originally 2500Mhz Brisbane core l2 2x512 not 2 x1mb @3028Mhz) also i took them out of the case and mounted the system on my desc ( yeah i know sound geeky, i was bored... i have no classes for 2 days*) and i finaly got that 10k wanted so more could not post it online because i had an older version 1.02 and the new one crashes anyway now i'm really happy with it i'd probably score 12K or something with a quad.. but i don't feel the need to upgrade now next year maybe. 10197

I have so well machine that 3Dmark06 is not startin 'cos it haven't so much 3dmarks to show ;-)

But in fact i really can't run it and i don't know y.....

go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\Futuremark\MSC and rename Direcpll.dll to Direcpll2.dll and it will run i had the same problem

no probem bro, nice score but i agree with you you need a new cpu @ mobo i had a asus 2600xt 256ddr4 and on a x2 3800+ and a bigabyte mobo( the one i'm still using) i got around 4700~5100 3d marks

OK but since when does @=&? I uninstalled 3dmark 2006 the exact moment that I saw 2900xt beating 8800gtx.

So i guess it looks like 3dmark 06 does not look favourably on Athlon X2 owners.. does that mean the rest of us (such as the smug Q6600 owners *cough* no names mentioned) have an unfair advantage?... referee!
