|  Neoseeker reviews EVGA's 6800 GS
Nvidia has had a habit of cleaning up in the midrange every year just before Christmas time. Two years ago they introduced the GeForce FX 5900 XT. The card chopped the price of the then-high-end 5900 architecture to $199 while still offering almost all of the performance of the higher end models.
