That's one thing I like about Apple's Mac OS... at least when there's an update, it's not intrusive at all.
There are several reasons I dont want to upgrade right now. Frist one is I simply dont need windows 10 right now. Also Want really holds me back, I recall when windows 10 frist came out. They were talking about how the Os monitors what you do and how you use it. Then sell that info to 3rd party companies. I Do not like that idea. Ive read on line that you can turn that off to a certain extent. But the guy that wrote that article said he caught windows 10 re enabling that feature several times.
Also What Id like to know is, Why is Microsoft getting so sneaky about installing windows 10 all the sudden? why was windows update doing to go behide my back and install windows 10 with out my permission? Seems to me, and this is just a hunch, But if I had to guess. Im betting not as many people are swiching over like they had hoped. People are sticking to windows 7 and 8. so They are going to be sneaky and install it with peoples permission in hopes that you will ether not know how to go back to windows 7 or 8 or that you wouldnt care. and just use windows 10. I for one dont like that, If I didnt make that clear by my post
And lastly Im just a boring old stick in the mud, that refuses to except progress and change
