Late one night i was in a car with a 16 year old driver who cannot legally drive others,

we crammed 6 persons in the car and drove to a park,

he let another 16 year old drive his car at the park in the parking lot,

she herped and derped and sent the car in reverse down a hill,

long story short hes now demanding 200$ for the damages received.

My question is: Can she be sued for the full amount of damages received to his car despite the fact that he was breaking soo many laws in the process?

kids these days

Who would sue for $200? But the owner of the vehicle probably would have grounds for suit, while the girl's side could claim alleviating circumstances. I think a decent beating of all involved parties would settle this case better then any court.

Im not sure that you can sue someone when the damages are a result of you knowning and willfully breaking the law, sounds like a case for Judge Judy.
