I was getting some email notices similar to this about a year ago. The problem is, I've never even had a PayPal account at all. It was nothing but SPAM.

I would NOT click on any link included in one of these emails like this. Rather, go to your account in the regular way and contact PayPal about this email. If it's legit, they will let you know from there.

Good luck!

Ive been getting ones for "ebay" lately, their formated to look exactly like a message from an ebay user, they say stuff like "I just paypaled you X$ and I still havent gotten my item, return my money or I will report you to the FBI"

I mean come on, how stupid do you gotta be...yea sure let me just paypal you the money, sorry about the mix-up.

lol

I think some people will fall for that shit easily. Like tat malware that installs on your machine then asks for dos to remove itself. If it wasn't working, they wouldn't be doing it. Which makes you wonder, is the human stupidity really endless like Albo said?

Do you know what the funny thing is,? if a normal man got this in a letter he would have written it off as a scam right away, but if he gets it in a e-mail the same logic that should have kicked in is suddenly gone...

WTF is wrong with people? is logic something that is switched off when you log on?

Or would you answer, 'Never have I heard anything more divine?"

Its funny though, I am becoming weary of even legit emails lol. I have to stop and think for a minute if its real or a scam.
