Default 30 Hours Later...Arrived at Prescott Valley, AZ

A very, very long drive by car. My son and I took turns driving and sleeping. Many, many stops for gas and to eat later...we are finally there.

Greetings from the Prescott Valley, AZ Public Library.

Default Sightseeing Trip - Tuesday

My son and I visited the South Rim of Grand Canyon, made a trip through Sedona, AZ, Red Rock State Park, and Jerome, AZ - where is a Ghost Town. Stopped to eat at a place called, The Haunted Hamburger. Great burgers for those who like them.

Tried to make a trip to Montezuma Castle but was closed by the time we arrived.

One thing very interesting about Arizona is that you can be traveling through an area that is so flat you think you may be in the Plains States. Then, you are in mountains so high and deep you think you are in Rocky Mountains. Very, very interesting place to visit.

Really glad to hear you went out for vacation. You really deserve it, Lewis.

Who are these people in the 3rd photo? Is that an organized trip? By the way, the views are amazing.

Have a good one,

No, this is not an organized trip. Those people are just other sightseers at the Grand Canyon. This place is so amazing my son and I are talking about coming back again next year for 2 weeks so we can really take time to see things.

I have a free pass for all National Parks in the USA....because of my deafness/disability. So, there are no costs other than food and gas to make a visit to these places.

More photos below....
