I looked up info on cpu coolers and it looks like the air flow, fan speed(rpm), fan size, and cooling material( heat sink, heat sink pipe) matter the most. In most reviews I saw that people like cpu coolers with heat sink pipes ans heat sink. Hope that helps.

i finally bought the CoolerMaster hyper 212. aded a SCYTHE KAMA FLEX - 120MM - 1900RPM, 34,8 DBA, 75,0 CFM, 3-4PIN, S-FDB (SONY FLUID DYNAMIC BEARING) .. and it works like a charm temp droped about 10 degrees in idle.. i need 2 run a load temp graph so i can tell the difference it made there but normally i should make a dif 10x 2 the reviews i read.
the only prob i have with the cooler is SIZE ) ist's half a cm out of my lateral pannel.. so.. i scotched the thing in place )...
so i have the next question.. does anyone know about some conn's for not mounting that laterall panel?
btw.. i have high room temp because i live in a flat where there's a central heating.. so 10x 2 my old witthery neighbours.. i've got like 28 degrees in the room normally.. and that ehats up the things a lil bit :P

cooler master hyper 212 has 8 heat sink pipes and 2 heat sinks for the cooling so it's pretty good.. low cfm : 69. smth but it's noise levels are verry low.. i can't hear it beacuse of my vc =))
