Or You gonna just hurt your eyes more.

My contacts, though, were the 'hard' kind and likely made it so that I don't really need glasses or contacts anymore except for at night when I need to read small addresses for delivery. Otherwise, I don't use any corrective vision at all anymore.
What the doctors have said about my own vision is that I have a slight astigmatism. That's a very mild near sightedness which means I see things more clearly up close but things are more blurry farther away.
If I'm reading your result correctly, it means that, what a person with 20/20 vision can see easily at 20 feet, you would have to get within 15 feet to see. That's not exceptionally bad. So, at your age, if you were to get the hard contacts, it just might help, over a few years, to improve your actual vision.
If I had to use corrective vision I'd prefer to use contacts.

Just get yourself a set of glasses, its the most sensible and cost-effective option.
-The longer you don't do anything the worse your eyesight will get.
Contact-lenses can be expensive too and not everyone can successfully get used to them (its harder than it looks sticking them damn things in your eyeball everyday). I wear glasses for computing/reading and I also trialled contact lenses for a while and I hated them, they were really annoying and hard to get used to.
After trying them it made me realise how simple and stress-free it is just to put on a pair of glasses and walk out the door.
(And another bonus is, depending on how dumb you look, glasses could also make you look more intelligent )

if it doesn't boder you and you don't feel the need of adjustment just let it be BUT if u feel that need is best to get glasses because they are easy to wear and maintain.

left eye isnt too bad,, right eye is trashed with scarring
i voted glasses ,,dont let someone screw with your eyes, unless your screwed,,i had to help my grand through the recovery of cataract surgery,,DONT get surgery unless you need it,,contacts have risks too.infections and so forth
just go with glasses,,the sane choice
