Have you ever wondered how we have the courage to stand up against copyright legal threats? Especially when its from a multi- millionaire company? Well, today I will share some law details with you, thanks to our attorney. As you probably know, our server is based in Israel like our base of operations. Therefore, the site has to follow the Israeli laws. I’d like to share with you a small section (Section 2[1]) in the Israeli copyright law which called ‘Fair Treatment’.

These following’s situations are considered as “exceptions” and allowed by the Israeli Copyright Law, 1911. (1) The purpose is not commercial OR has no profit purposes. (2) The purpose benefits the society, important society values, education and entertainment. (3) The purpose is for educational or private purposes, research, review or journalism extractive.
