yes, the (ctrl+f1) is how I found the timings I have mentioned. I would like to loosen them up to between where there at now and 5 5 5 15. I'd like to see what response I would get.

I still have been unable to find a program that will let me change them. Although I've heard of some older programs that would, I can't find it.

My bios will allow me to tighten the timings, but my memory doesn't like that at all...lol.

Would it be possible to make changes in the registry perhaps?

Any help would be appreciated.

you cant change them from windows you have to change them from BIOS

I had read that some older program had a script that allowed you to change the timings when windows started up, but its not around anymore. I assume that if FSB, voltage, multiplier, fan speed, etc. etc. etc. can be changed with some windows programs than memory timings can too. I may be wrong.
