This news has been out for a while so I'll skip linking to any news site.
Ubuntu 7.04 and -50$ for not having windows on it (Consider the fact that the hardware has be thoroughly tested and certified for ubuntu linux). Nothing is stopping anyone from installing a different distribution with guaranteed satisfaction. I can see they picked Intel graphics over Nvidia because of the open source drivers. It's for USA customers only for now (Everyone else gets to wait).

Update: If you customizes you can get an Nvidia Geforce go 7300 turbocache. Dell is being very foolish offering to US customers only.
