I know, its a strange language... do you know that JRR Tolkien, when he was creating the language for the Elf´s in Lord of the rings, he had finnish as a modell for the language, he thought finnish was a beautiful language... Im finnish, i dont agree on it being beautiful. But its nice he thought so!??!
Ps. But the elf language I think was very beautiful in the movie...

Ps. But the elf language I think was very beautiful in the movie... | Thank you HaZe303! I had also these explanations given by a Finnish mate.
"It's not fair = Se ei ole reilua or Se on epäreilua
*in the video* On se niin väärin --> It is so wrong
Some of the translations were a bit different from the actual song to make it sound more logical."
I really like the "dotting" thing on Finnish language (ii - ää - )

We used to have a Tolkien Q & A on another board I was on was quite fun.
Example:
As you have seen the movie you saw the Balrog of Morgoth in Fellowship ..
1) Who was Morgoth and what was Sauron's relationship with him ?
(Going to The Similarillion on this one)
2) What was Morgoth's original name ?
