Default NGO ATI Optimized Driver v1.7.2 problem with my screen size in game

Hi

I just finished installing NGO ATI Optimized Driver v1.7.2

This is a widescreen laptop from Acer with ATI Mobility Radeon X1600

The resolution is fine and everything is ok. Until I start some game and it's the same for all games. The size of the display screen goes from windows with widescreen into the game but not in widescreen. Just regular 1024xsomething like on my desktop computer at home.

Any advices on how to correct this one?

Thanks a lot
AndriV

Check the Display settings in the Control Panel.
