Default Problem with 2.9792 in 2D

Hi,

In 3D no problem - 6 hrs in Oblivion without any glitches or crashes.
Any ideas?

Damn, I should have do that Thanks for your reply.
I will try, when it happens again.
Before that - imagine Acrobat Reader, all seems OK, but there is no document inside visible. I can scroll or print, but nothing there on screen, like no document is loaded.
Second issue - imagine picture in browser, Firefox - picture is divided to several parts with blank spaces. If I switch the tab, picture completelly disappears.
Third - program dialog window is transparent and window behind it is visible - only dialog text is visible.

"Reload display driver" in RivaTuner helps.

(Excuse my "english" pls.)

Its still happening.
I turned off write combining and fast writes - it didn't help.

I lowered acceleration in control panel - it caused massive screen errors a graphic objects corruption.

I tried to make a screenshot, but I captured only black screen.

Its happening when working with pictures larger than screen (1400x1050) and many browser window opened - like in Acrobat Reader - document is loaded, but program window is empty. When I open new picture from gallery, browser window is empty or picture is corrupted.

Like WinXP run out of GDI resources or what....

I have no problems with 3D - hours and hours of playing without any problem. (really good work, stability of this driver is exceptional)

Thanks for any advice

I found the cause of this problem: desktop resolution.

I was using 1400x1050 for long time. In this driver this resolution was removed. I set it manually.

In 1280x1024 and 1600x1200 seems everythink OK. I am little disappointed about nvidia's driver team work They knows why they removed my favourite resolution. Probably there is no way to fix this problem...

Indeed, Nvidia's drivers and support team sucks A*S. I trust NGO's team far more than any other.
