Currently I am using a z-tweaked 91.47 driver which has given decent performance when I was using a single GPU. Now that I have added the second, I am on the lookout for the best driver to use which may or may not be optimised for an SLI configuration.
I am an occassional to moderate gamer and normally play Need For Speed - Most Wanted, Star Trek Legacy, Battlefield 2142, Darkstar One etc...
I am just looking to achieve mostly good graphics detail and a decent frame rate

I think I was aiming at the NGO driver, I just didn't know if there were SLI specific versions of it.

you should test and see what drivers work for you, be they nV****'s NGO's, latest or not.
post the results if you want, would be nice to see what drivers i should use if my bro gets a second card. |

I have run a comparison test with one card and the Nvidia factory drivers vs. the Z-Tweaked drivers. I was getting about a 120 point higher score in 3D Mark 06 with the Z-Tweaked 91.47.
I have not tried this comparison test with 2 cards yet, or adding the NGO driver into the test. I think part of the reason is that i'm not sure whether or not 3D Mark is a good enough comparison as its just a benchmark and may not reflect real world gaming performance accurately.
I guess the next question to ask would be if there are other utilities commonly used for this type of comparison?

here is the link http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/rthdribl/#Download
hope this can help |
