Default Driver corruption?

I have a sli setup with evga 7900gtx cards and am using the v1.9381 drivers The problem is I will start getting artifacts which just get worse. I am running a mmorpg game DDO Online. If I reload the drivers the problem disapeers, but will come back maybe a few days or a week. This has happened 3 times so far. I love these drivers they smoke the oem invidia drivers so I would like to keep using them but if this keeps up im gonna have to switch back. Any feedback?
