Default GPU Clock Freq wont stay with new drivers

Hey guys im having a bit of an issue it seems, my gpu clock freq's keeps resetting itself its really strange, before i instaleld the new drivers i ran this at 552x2.08ghz for months and it never budged, now when i first instaleld the drivers it let me put it up to that with no issues the test passed and everything, then i went to check something in the settings today and noticed gpu frq is back to stock(500) and when i try to run the test at 552 it fails, so i try to run it at a slightly lower freq it passes then i try higher again and it fails, and then when i go back to the lower one now that one fails as well, any ideas? is there any way i can force the settings to stay?

Really appriciate your help guys

All the best

We will check it out. Minwhile, you can use 'RivaTuner' for overclicking, instead.

its almost as if the driver is passing or storing wrong data, or maybe it doesnt propery note that your no longer using the previous feq's so when you run the test it causes a conflict or something and fails, i have no idea how these things work so im probably way off but yea just my thought lol

Yup.

RivaTuner rocks.

Successfully played SplinterCell 4 with the MAX graphics for 3 hours, with my card boosted from 430--> 470 and card's DDR from 1.2 to 1.33...

The NGO drivers blocked my GPU speed (not ddr speed)

Hope this helps the debugging.

cheers
