-when i tried normal nvidia drivers everything is okay cept for performance
-tried many settings changes
-dont want to go back to normal nvidia drivers
-ngo gives me orgasms
-help needed a.s.a.p.

rofl i fixed the problem and i had to turn on vsync =/ but it slows my performance and caps my fps in cs 1.6
