BSD?

Anyone had a BSD (BSD showed the following: nvidia_dspl error ) while using a 7800? I'm curious if it isn't a power related issue considering mine is a 7800GS "OC" from BFG....opinions?

what driver version ?
if its the last one from NGO,try to install on compatibility option..

The correct term is BSOD = Blue Screen Of Death.
BSD: commonly refers to Berkeley Software Distribution.
(ps: Try referring to BSD as a distro in their forums. You'll get quite a flaming. )

As for your problem: Tell us what driver version you're using.

Thanks for the tip! I did some research and found the "indexing" feature in windows sp2 was the cuprit. Also I had to reinstall the drivers for the X-FI sound card (funny how things lead back to a sound card time and time again)
