Default bug in 91 series driver with coolbits

i've been using 91.47 ngo optimized driver and it's great, but apparently coolbits 2.0 is integrated in the installer, which causes HW clock slowdowns due to temperature(in the debug section),although with no reason(no overheating).
I hope in the next release coolbits will not be fully integrated, as i noticed it was causing the bug.(official drivers with only the needed registry entries for overclocking didnt have this bug)

While I did notice higher temps with some NGO drivers, I never found the root of the problem and it seems to be absent in 92.91.
