#1 | | Guest | [Help] Which driver? NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT 256mb
2048mb RAM
4 CPU 3.0Ghz (2 CPUS)
Iv downloaded the new NGA driver and I still get around 50 fps on css using casey's config.
With a different driver (Reformated - so I dont know which one) I got 100+ fps on caseys config.
Anyone know what driver to use? My computer is pretty high spec, so I dont know where I'm going wrong? | |

Omega. Best drivers ???
Maybe fastes , but i never liked omega , and shurly i wuld tell its best modded driver , maybe for older cards yes , but since he got high specs.
PS. I never liked the IQ drop in omega`s , i like more balanced IQ/Performance drivers. But secondly i dint use omega in looong time now. So i can be lil outdated on them.

If you meant the NGOHQ drivers clean your registry and always uninstall previous drivers before installing the new one.
NCaine on NVidia and Omega he has always been short of NVidia Beta testers asked me once but that was after I got my Radeon 9800 from ATI. Couldn't help my brother out
Peace

#8 | | Edelweiss Corporal | Well i was using Omaga only for ATI , for that crappy 9600 pro. The omega was only choise, for its speed.
Dint try on my 6600 GT.
