Guys it's awesome to see modded drivers for XP x64, but these don't quite work :cry:

When i fire up Doom3 i get a whole string of errors about the GL subsystem. Weird part though is that Quake3 runs fine.

Errors are as follows:

Maybe this has something to do with that OpenGL flicker fix which was included?
I've only had a chance to briefly test the normal x64 76.71's from Nvidia, but didn't notice any flickering ..

Tried reinstalling Doom3 - no go.
I'll keep playing around, maybe it's something at my end.

Well so far this is the fastest 2D 64 Bit Nvidia driver.. and it even works on my geforce 4 mx 440 Go! laptop card! Thing is though that there is something apparently wrong with opengl... for instance I try to run Enemy Territory and I get the following error:

Try to search these files:

nvogl32.dll
nvoglnt.dll

Please post me the details of these files (Size,Date,etc..)

I will try it with my new 6600GT Thanks my friend!

Now i have 76.71, I made installer for it too
And included overclocking, but no other tweaks, and special functions...

I recently found these drivers, and wishing to test them out, installed the NGO NVIDIA Optimized Driver 64bit v1.7671 from Guru3d.
Upon restarting, I was assulted with a slew of errors, some of them including:

and my favorite

I have reverted to the latest official nvidia drivers, and although opengl works properly after that, the new problems described in the first and last picture (freelancer is d3d) persist even through clean driver installs. Halflife2 also persists in its incapabillity to run past the menu loading screen.
I will paste a link to a dx diag made before the revert, and include the details on
nvogl32.dll
and nvoglnt.dll

Pre revert:
nvogl32.dl = 6.14.10.7184
5.14 MB (5,398,528 bytes)
Thursday, February 24, 2005, 8:32:00 AM

nvoglnt.dll = 6.14.10.7671
Thursday, February 24, 2005, 8:32:00 AM
6.89 MB (7,231,488 bytes)

dxdiag = http://grim.moonside.org/DxDiag.txt

edit: I'm running a geforce 4000 mx 128mb agp8x, and was not experiencing these problems before I installed these drivers.

Edit^2: I was able to use a driver cleaner to eliminate any foul traces of your optimized drivers and install a 70.18 version of the 64bit drivers from nvidia. After this, my problems simpily vanished.

So is there a fix planned for these drivers?
Considering the number of people who've actually bothered to post feedback, something is definately wrong with your OpenGL :fool: :help: :cry: :stop: :bad: :tease: :sorry:
