Replace the nvogl32.dll and nvoglnt.dll with This one:
Download

It should be at \Windows\SysWOW64

That fixed opengl, but d3d is still misbehaving.

It did fix opengl for me.. but yes, d3d isn't exactly 100% up to speed in terms of stability... overall though those files you directed us to have helped tremondously cause at least games are launching now without opengl errors :good:

Well, seeing as those librarys given replaced only deal with the opengl aspect of the Nvidia Driver set, thats understandable.

I am having issues deleting the folder... "NGO/nVidia Optimized Driver x64 v1.7671". I am using the Retail Version of Windows x64 right now. Also, the files are removed when I do remove it I just have to go into registry and delete it from showing up in Add/Remove Programs. Not sure if it is an error with the installer itself or Windows x64.

Anyone know how to delete folders from the registry? The program I have tried using to remove it(Dr. Delete) isn't working to remove this folder.

It's the 8.3 Bug. The following command should work:
rd "\\?\c:\path_to_directory "

P.S.
You should disable 8.3 filenames.
